Bing announced on Aug 21 that you can now verify your site using domain connect. Unlike the previous times where you had to insert a tag on all pages of your website, you now have to log in to your hosting providers account for verification. Once you log in, Bing will verify within a few seconds. It is currently compatible with GoDaddy, 1&1, media temple and Plesk. However, more DNS providers will be added soon.
It is pretty easy to implement this process:
Step1: Sign up or Sign in to Webmaster tools: https://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster/
Step2: Add your site for verification.
Step3: Quickly check if your DNS provider is listed. If it is not listed, use the default method for site verification using meta tag or XML file.
Step 4: Login to your DNS provider. It should look something like below: Watch the magic happen within a few seconds.
